Cooking Class in Bilbao
-This experience offers the guest a private one-on-one experience with a local chef. The class includes a hands-on preparation of dishes emblematic of the region. -In this class you will learn to prepare the famous Basque dishes from both the coastal fishing villages and the mountainous interior of the Basque region. You will learn and traditions of Basque cooking in this in-depth culinary experience. You will learn the recipes for our favorite pintxos. We exclusively cook with fresh local vegetables, fish, meats and cheese sourced from the local markets.
Pintxo Cooking Classes
- Taste your Basque pintxos. All the produce, fish and meat is completely organic, and this is one of the many reasons why the food here is so amazing! A light meal of your prepared dishes follows the cooking session accompanied with local wine.
